01-11-15 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

January 11, 2015
(The Baptism of the Lord, B)
It happened in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized in the Jordan by John.  On coming up out of the water he saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit, like a dove, descending upon him.  And a voice came from the heavens, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”   Mk 1:7-11

Mark 1:11 on 1-11-15 . . . And we are pleased as well.
No greater Gift.  No greater love.  JESUS!  Happy Baptism of the Lord, beloved.  And may our Father be pleased with us as well.  For we too are His beloved Children!
