03-05-15 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

March 5, 2015
The LORD spoke through the Prophet Jeremiah,
“Cursed is the man who trusts in human beings,
who seeks his strength in flesh, . . .
Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
whose hope is the LORD. . . .
More tortuous than all else is the human heart,
beyond remedy; who can understand it?
I, the LORD, alone probe the mind
and test the heart,”  Jer 17:5-10

The ultimate MRI.
How is your mind and heart, beloved?
Will it pass the probing test of the LORD?
Is your trust in people or things: computers, house, car, job?
They can all disappear in the blink of an eye!

Blessed is he or she who trusts in the LORD!
Beyond human flesh, beyond ‘worldly’ life and death, beyond all the cares and worries we have in this world – we are at peace when our minds and hearts trust purely in the Lord – That’s our Jesus!

Be blessed, beloved, trust!
