07-13-15 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

July 13, 2015
Jesus said, “Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”   Mt_10:34—11:1

Hungry, lonely, lost, unemployed, unloved, seems like we’re trying to swim upstream against all the evil in the world?  And in the meantime we’re praying for God to help us – FIND.  Maybe, according to Jesus, we shouldn’t be trying to find a better way of controlling it, of controlling our lives, but instead, be praying for “losing it” to Christ.  Stand boldly beloved, in your commitment and love for Jesus.  And just keep on swimming!  Our goal, God’s goal – for us, will be well worth it!

Rely on Jesus!
