11-21-15 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

November 21, 2015
(Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary)
Jesus said to the Sadducees who didn’t believe in resurrection, “That the dead will rise even Moses made known in the passage about the bush, when he called ‘Lord’ the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob; and he is not God of the dead, but of the living, for to him all are alive.”  Lk_20:27-40

Jesus gave examples, time and again, that resurrection was a reality, a truth.  And the ultimate example was one He proved Himself.  In rising from death, Jesus showed His disciples, and all of us, that we DO have the hope of resurrection in our own lives.  Death is NOT the end, but just the beginning of a new life, an eternal life with God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.  So fear not, beloved.  You are a “Child of God.”  And He will watch and guide and love you forever!
