01-11-16 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

January 11, 2016
After John had been arrested, Jesus came to Galilee proclaiming the Gospel of God: “This is the time of fulfillment. The Kingdom of God is at hand.  Repent, and believe in the Gospel.”   Mk_1:14-20

The TIME was at hand.  Now was the time for moving from the messenger (John) to the message (Jesus).  And the message was clear:  Repent and Believe.  The Gospel tells us that God Loves us!  Do we truly believe, beloved?  Would God have allowed us to sacrifice His Son – unless He truly loved us all!  Would Jesus have allowed His own passion and death unless he loved us all?  Repent – we have been wrong!  God love us.  Believe!  And be saved!
