Jesus said, “. . . if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. Better for you to enter into the Kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into Gehenna, where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.” Mk_9:41-50
The value of Heaven and the agony of hell is obvious and we should do all in our power to gain the former and avoid the latter. Eternity is a long long time and we truly want nothing to do with that fire. So stay pure, as Jesus is pure, and He will see you through ALL temptations. Thank you Lord for your love.
