01-26-17 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

January 26, 2017
(Ss. Timothy and Titus, Bishops)
St. Paul wrote to Timothy, “I remind you to stir into flame the gift of God that you have through the imposition of my hands. For God did not give us a spirit of cowardice but rather of power and love and self-control.  So do not be ashamed of your testimony to our Lord,”   2_Tm_1:1-8

Yes, they may reject you, they may refute you, they may even banish you from their company.  But stand firm always, beloved.  God will give you the wisdom and the strength to never give up on your belief and on your courage.  Jesus died – that we may offer His love to everyone.  And if they refuse to accept that love, we just keep on moving on!  Maybe someday they will accept it. But we helped plant that seed!  That’s all Jesus wants us to do.  So just keep on loving, beloved.  Keep on loving!!!
