02-05-17 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

February 5, 2017
(5th Sunday Ordinary Time A)
Thus says the LORD: Share your bread with the hungry, shelter the oppressed and the homeless; clothe the naked when you see them, and do not turn your back on your own.  Is_58:7-10

Jesus said to his disciples: . . .  “You are the light of the world. . . .  Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.”  Mt_5:13-16

All to the Glory of God.

Our deeds reflect His glory, that we are allowing to work through us.  And we are allowing them to work through us, because of our great love for God.  It’s a glorious circle, all beginning with God and all ending with God.  We are not the center of it all.  We are the conduit through which it works.  And we are blessed by God, because we allow Him to work through us.

And endless circle of Love!
