02-18-17 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

February 18, 2017
Brothers and sisters: Faith is the realization of what is hoped for and evidence of things not seen. . . .
By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was found no more because God had taken him. Before he was taken up, he was attested to have pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please him, for anyone who approaches God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.  Heb_11:1-7

And it is through that Faith that we DO see God.  And we know him in the events of our lives.  And we trust that God will always keep His promises.  Jesus showed us the way to His Father and His Father attested:  “This is my beloved Son. Listen to him.”  Mk_9:2-13

It couldn’t have been any more clear!
