04-04-17 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

April 4, 2017
(St. Isidore, Bishop and Doctor of the Church)
Moses prayed for the people, and the LORD said to Moses, “Make a saraph and mount it on a pole, and whoever looks at it after being bitten will live.”  Nm_21:4-9

Jesus said to the unbelieving Pharisees, “For if you do not believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.”  . . .
Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will realize that I AM, and that I do nothing on my own, but I say only what the Father taught me.” Jn_8:21-30

When the Source of truth is before us, beloved, that is the Lord our God, then whatever He teaches us is truth.  The Source of everything Jesus did and said was from God His Father.  Thus, when we listen to Jesus, when we believe in Him and all that He taught us, then we will have Life, and life to the full!
