03-05-20 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

March 5, 2020
Jesus said, “Do to others whatever you would have them do to you.
This is the law and the prophets.”   Mt_7:7-12

Ever drive down the road, beloved, only to have some other driver cut you off for no reason at all, save for maybe, you were going the speed limit.  But you didn’t get angry and you didn’t get back, you just watched . . .   For just a couple blocks later someone else did the exact same thing to them.

Corollary to Jesus’ “Golden Rule,”  Watch out what you do to others, for given time it will definitely be done back to you.

God loves a cheerful Forgiver.  Let it pass, beloved, and goodness will surely replace it, before it’s totally forgotten!  And let goodness, then, be your rule for life!  (Jesus will help!)
