Jesus taught His disciples about prayers of supplication, saying, “whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you. . . . For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me and have come to believe that I came from God.” Jn_16:23b-28
So our prayers always go TO the Father in the Name of Jesus. And the holy Spirit will see to it that they are heard. For the Father himself loves us! What awesome consolation we have in our God – Father, Son and holy Spirit! Blessed be His Name forever!
