After the Resurrection, Jesus said to Mary, “Stop holding on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am going to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” Jn_20:11-18
The Father of Jesus AND of us. His God and ours too. What an incredible blessing we have been given by Jesus, reuniting us with the Father and imbuing us with the Holy Spirit, forgiving our sins and making us part of God’s family. What greater reason could we have, beloved, to shout out, “Alleluia.” Our Easter Alleluia! Blessed be God forever!
