As Jesus passed by, he saw a man named Matthew sitting at the customs post. He said to him, “Follow me.” And he got up and followed him. Mt_9:9-13
OK, I’ve had enough of this. Enough of people poking fun of me. Enough of no friends. Enough of being hated because I’m working for the enemy. Enough of it’s never enough for them either. It’s just not worth it any more. So maybe it’s just time to leave! Pick up what’s left and follow the Master. Maybe this Guy will finally be the answer.
Beloved, just do it! Jesus IS the answer to all that lack of love. All that emptiness. All that loneliness. Come! Follow the Master and LIVE!
