Jesus said to the crowd: “No one who lights a lamp conceals it with a vessel or sets it under a bed; rather, he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light. For there is nothing hidden that will not become visible, and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light.” Lk_8:16-18
We just can’t hide the evil nor the good within us, brothers and sisters. It will be seen as clear as day! So the message today is, to be as good as we possibly can. And let that light shine on the world around us. And, you know what, beloved? That light will reflect right back to us, making our own light shine all the brighter. That’s the light of Jesus within!
