01-30-19 Catholic Daily Mass Quotes

January 30, 2019
The Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying: ‘This is the covenant I will establish with them after those days, says the Lord: “I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them upon their minds,”‘ he also says: ‘Their sins and their evildoing I will remember no more.” Heb_10:11-18

That they are placed and written in our hearts and minds, doesn’t necessarily mean we see and read them.  But they are there, in all of us, beloved.  Like Jesus’ parable of the sower and the seed (Mt_4:1-20), we must be the rich ground that is open and fertile to grow what has been planted there.  So clear out the rocks and the thorns in those hearts and minds and discover those laws that will lead us to the Eternal Life that Jesus has gained for us!
