Jesus said, “Repay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God.” Mk_12:13-17
Funny, how nothing Jesus said did not make perfect sense. Well, Jesus IS perfect. All we need do then, is think in His perfection and not in our own silly wisdom. The Holy Spirit is here to teach us that perfection. When we listen for His guidance, all true wisdom, knowledge and understanding will make perfect sense to us as well. Pay to others what belongs to them (their respect and compassion) and to God what belongs to God (our whole existence)!
